What locations do you deliver to?

We deliver across India to all locations covered by our trusted logistics partners. Our primary shipping is handled by Delhivery. If your pin code is not serviceable by Delhivery, we will try to arrange delivery via another courier partner—additional charges may apply.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier partner’s website. For assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

Do you charge additional shipping fees?

Yes, shipping is currently being charged under 500 rupees order for all prepaid orders across serviceable locations in India. If order is 500 rupees or more. The delivery charges are free of cost.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Your order will typically be delivered within 5–7 business days. Metro cities may receive deliveries sooner. Please note: delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen delays.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, we currently do not offer COD. All orders must be placed using secure online payment methods (Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking, etc.).

Can I return my order?

We follow a strict no-return policy.
Goods once sold are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during transit or there’s a manufacturing defect (subject to verification).

What if my product arrives damaged?

In the rare case of damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images and order details. We will review and assist on a case-by-case basis.
