2. Products

  • All products listed are subject to availability.

  • We make every effort to display product details, ingredients, and packaging accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

  • Disclaimer: Limitation and Condition of the "Guaranteed Puff Papad" Promise

The "Guaranteed Puff Papad" representation made by Noble Papad concerning our Papad and Fryums is expressly conditional upon strict adherence to the preparation instructions provided on the packaging of the specific product Papad Packet (Snack Pellets).

The Company warrants that the product, when utilized according to the precise method of frying, roasting, or air-frying detailed in the instructions - including, but not limited to, temperature, timing, and oil quantity (where applicable) - is manufactured to consistently deliver the optimal expansion and texture.

The "Guaranteed Puff" is not warranted and shall be considered void if:

  1. The product is prepared using a method other than those explicitly specified on the packaging.

  2. The preparation parameters (such as oil temperature or cooking duration) deviate substantially from the instructions provided.

By purchasing this product, the consumer acknowledges and agrees that the functional outcome of the papad (i.e., its ability to puff and achieve desired crispness) is subject to the application of the stipulated cooking method. The Company shall not be liable for functional failure resulting from non-compliance with the stated instructions.

 

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

 

4. Orders

  • Orders can be placed only through prepaid online payment methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, etc.).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

5. Shipping

  • We ship across India through our trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

  • Shipping is free for prepaid orders unless otherwise specified.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Noble Papad follows a strict no-return, no-exchange policy.

  • Products once sold are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects (subject to verification).

 

7. Liability

  • Noble Papad is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Users are responsible for checking ingredients in case of allergies or dietary restrictions.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Noble Papad and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
